Choosing a career as an artists is the most badass choice anyone can make. Aspiring creators often ask “how do I succeed” and the short answer is by not giving up before you do. One of the best ways I have found to stay in the game is by nurturing my fuel, together we will find what fuels you as well.

When we hear “follow your fuck yes” initially that can feel so overwhelming. We are taught to ignore our body, our spirit and our energy in almost every way - so when someone says “ follow your fuck yes “ you might feel more lost than ever.
The first step we will take together is in making “fuck yes” a possibility in your internal belief system.
Fuel Your Fuck Yes
After “fuck yes” feels like a possibility we will create rituals and structure that gives you more energy to explore.
After living a life that demands our ignorance of what brings us joy, it take a little bit of time and curiosity to discover what lights you up.
Find Your Fuck Yes
Once curiosity and exploration feel like a default state, you will become more aware of what genuinely gives you life.
In this step we hone what has been fueling your fire, and create even more pointed plans to make space for even more of those life giving aspect of life.
Follow Your Fuck Yes
At this final stage we build the fuck yes plan of your dreams. This is laying out the business, the lifestyle, the travel - all of it.
In the clarifying and the structuring you will be left with a step by step path to what makes you feel most alive and vital.

Within this 1:1 session you are welcome to bring all of your artist business and life questions to explore with Krystal. Becoming an artist is a passionate path with the opportunity for many subconscious, mindset and physical barriers to work through. That is part of the challenge and fun of choosing to live a creative life. Though at times these barriers feel like an impossible task to get through, in those times it can be invaluable to choose company and advice from those who have lived the process and are living the life you hope to live one day.
Krystal has created income from visual art, performance art, marketing, film making and so many more avenues of creation. If you are looking for your place to start this was made for you.
This container is for you if you desire to live a life that follows your fuck yes - but you aren’t entirely sure what fuck yes even means yet.
Over these four months we will meet 12 times for 90 min sessions to explore tools in fueling, finding and following your fuck yes.
It’s a very common experience to not even know how yes feel in your body. It has taken years to unravel the way my body expresses yes and no. Learning to cultivate and nurture your connection with your own intuition will guide you towards that life that feels impassioned and so very alive.
In month 1 we will work with the subconscious to align your beliefs with what you desire for your life.
In month 2 we will expand your capacity for curiosity and pleasure. Exploring the world in a way that opens possibilities and hones your navigation system.
In month 3 we will close in on the aspect you have discovered that truly feel like a fuck yes in your life and how to get more out of them.
In month 4 we will create a plan that allows you a sense of stability as you follow your fuck yes.
Together we will navigate from confusion to clarity on what it feels like to sense and consequently honor your internal navigation. The little voice inside that says “ yes, more of that “ and “please no more of this”.
