Art that Feeds a City
It is our mission to make Reno an example of what a truly food secure city looks like, while simultaneously supporting the arts.
We are doing this by producing a monthly snail mail art subscription in which 75% of all proceeds go into our “free food fund”.

You can subscribe to receive these letters starting August 1st. Join the waitlist below to receive the sign up when it goes live. The very first month will be mailed out first week of September.
Making A Free Food Reality For Reno
The funds we raise will go to a few different places to create free food opportunities for anyone in Reno is so inclined.
Food Truck / Restaurants
We will commission a food truck at major events to offer meals for free. This means anyone enjoying the farmers market, food truck Friday or even the holiday get togethers will have an option to eat for free.
We will also host special events in which the Harvest Club pays for the meals of anyone who would like to attend.
Garden Grants
Each year we will offer a grant to those who wish to turn their lawns to gardens. This will create local food security in diversifying the production of food itself.
Free Food Pledge
Through the Free Food Pledge we will be encouraging any and all food providers and vendors to create a pay it forward system. That way, even if Harvest Club isn’t able to commission a special event at your favorite restaurant, everyone will have the opportunity to pay their meal forward.
Non-Profit
We are teaming up with Local non-profits who educate and grow the food here in town to help bolster their impact.

Every month we will have at least one guest artist commissioned to add even more art to the harvest club experience. If you would like to be considered fill out the form below.

Availability
We have room for 2 sponsors each month and are currently scheduling for
September 2026 through August 2027.
Months are first come first serve. If you have a specific month, it is recommend to reach out as soon as possible.
Sign Up Before July 22
We have a marketing plan that will reach thousands of people here in Reno. It would bring us so much joy to be able to have you on this page before we do that.
If you sign up before July 22nd you will be involved in the launch AND have the marketing boost from your chosen month inside the letter itself.
Custom Artwork
Once you sign up to sponsor, you will be listed here and an artist (either Krystal with a K or another local artist) will reach out to schedule a design consultation.
Numbers
Sponsorships are purchased at a flat rate of $1250. If you wish to be represented in more than one month or be the only sponsor for a single month, there is limited opportunity to accommodate that.
