Art Is Your Portal

Book Discovery Call

A 4-month, intimate journey for up to 15 women who are ready to remember their beauty, claim their voice, and live as the art they came here to be.

THIS IS FOR YOU IF…

  • You feel a deep creative current inside you, but your life feels… beige.

  • You have ideas, projects, dreams bubbling in you and you keep postponing them “until life calms down.”

  • You long to feel confident in your body, grounded in your purpose, and brave enough to actually share your true expression.

  • You feel like your days are all “doing” and no deep play.

  • You’re tired of self-improvement that pathologizes your feelings instead of celebrating your aliveness.

  • You crave being in a room (even a Zoom room) with other women who are artists of life — women who want to create change, not just consume it.

If you read this and feel a little bit called out and a lot relieved… you’re in the right place.

You are the artist of your own life — even if you don’t paint, sing, or draw.

This is your portal back to the woman who:

  • Knows she is beautiful and walks like it

  • Treats herself like a muse instead of an afterthought

  • Rearranges her life to fit her, rather than shrinking to fit everyone else

  • Plays, dances, grieves, creates, tells the truth — publicly

    Soft Starts February, 2026

  • Pay in Full: $2,400 USD

  • 3-Month Payment Plan: $800 / month

  • 12-Month Payment Plan: $220 / month

Capacity: Max 15 women
Call Cadence: Two 90-minute calls + one 60-minute call each month (live on Zoom)

WHAT YOU’LL WALK AWAY WITH

By the end of these 4 months, you will:

  • Feel more confident and embodied in your own skin — like you actually belong in your body and your life.

  • Have a living creative practice (not a someday fantasy): writing, drawing, dancing, sculpting, documenting, whatever your portal is.

  • Know how to use archetypes like The Model, The Muse, The Musician, The Historian, The Dancer, The Architect, The Mortician, The Painter, The Director, The Mother as mirrors and tools.

  • Have rewritten your story about beauty, attention, visibility, and being “too much.”

  • Feel safe taking up space: in your home, your relationships, your art, and your work.

  • Remember that play is serious medicine — and have concrete practices to return to when life gets heavy.

This is not about becoming a “better” version of yourself.
It’s about becoming a truer one.

THE FRAMEWORK: ART IS YOUR PORTAL

We journey through 3 pillars — Power, Purpose, and Play to build a new foundation for Embodied Expression — using the different Artists Archetypes as guides to uncover the truest version of you.

It’s winter in the Northern Hemisphere, a time for setting in, reflecting and exploring depth. This isn’t your standard “New Year New Me” program. We aren’t going to hit the ground running, with a false fire that can’t be sustained in the chill of January.  Instead we will honor our rhythms and the rhythms of the Earth - this is our first revolutionary choice on our path to transformation.

MONTH 1 — Planting The Seeds

This month we will learn about endings, how to nurture our creativity while remaining present and loving to our bodies and our spirit. Being an Artist - and walking through the portal of art is about realizing that art doesn’t begin on the page nor does it end when we walk away from a piece.

Our life is the work of art - and the process creates beauty along the way.

Grief, emotion, vision & the mothering of your own life

Archetypes we work with:

  • The Mortician – honoring endings, grief rituals, letting old versions of ourselves  fully die.

  • The Painter – emotional expression through color and texture; 30-second sketches, process-over-product - permission to make mistakes

  • The Director – clear vision and communication; asking for what you want - this is where daydreaming and the masculine meet.

  • The Mother – nurturing your creations and yourself without self-erasure.

In Month 1 you will:

  • Hold a “wake” for your past selves and identities that are ready to go.

  • Move emotion through painting and mark-making.

  • Create a vision board and practice speaking your desires out loud.

  • Explore mothering your art and your life from a place of ferocity, not fawning.

MONTH 2 — POWER

With the foundational work set, and the stage cleared we will move into some of my favorite archetypes - they are my favorite because their stories were some of the first to liberate my expression at the beginning of my Art journey. In this section we will explore the nuance of being seen, by ourselves and the world around us.

Remembering your beauty & magnetism

Archetypes we work with:

  • The Model – walking through the world knowing you are beautiful; mirror work, receiving attention without apology.

  • The Muse – treating yourself as romantic inspiration; self-dates, ritual baths, self-portraiture.

  • The Musician – truth as magnetism; being loud, strange, honest in your expression.

In Month 2  you will:

  • Reclaim your relationship with your reflection and your body.

  • Practice mirror work, runway walks in grocery store aisles, and self-portrait sessions.

  • Explore what it means to be the main character and the muse of your own life.

MONTH 3 — PURPOSE

We are writers, storytellers - even if we never create a book or poem - we are constantly writing a story within our minds about who and what we are. By this month we will have already explored your story around body, self, and what it means to be in relationships with the world around you.

This month we will craft our new story head on. When we re-write what it means to be us - we transform what it is we are able to do in the world! As an actor I have experienced the permission and restriction of the storyteller - it is wildly liberating to reclaim that power for yourself and consciously choose your next chapter.

Owning your story & the impact you’re here to have

Archetypes we work with:

  • The Historian – how you tell the story of your life and the world; rewriting narratives that keep you small.

  • The Writer / Poet – turning the mundane into the miraculous; writing what is true, now.

  • The Actor – evolving identity; choosing the roles you play instead of being typecast.

In Month 3 you will:

  • Identify the stories that have quietly dictated who you’re allowed to be.

  • Rewrite your origin story with the qualities you actually want to embody.

  • Play with character, voice, and role — on the page and in real life.

MONTH 4 — PLAY

In our final month together we will explore all the ways we can invite more play into our lives! Reconnecting with our innate permission to enjoy ourselves, our process, and our emotional range. We get to do this through archetypes that allow us to connect with our body and our sense of touch.

Letting your body lead, taking up space, enjoying the process

Archetypes we work with:

  • The Architect – reimagining your spaces so they fit you; nesting as an art form.

  • The Dancer – movement as liberation; posture, rhythm, non-linear movement.

  • The Sculptor – sensuality and touch; leading with the hands and the senses.

  • The Potter – small infinities; process over perfection, kintsugi, building and breaking.

In Month 4 you will:

  • Rearrange a corner of your home into a true creative nest.

  • Learn a dance, move your body in ways that feel silly and free.

  • Sculpt, play with clay, get messy — and experience repair as alchemy.

Why Krystal?

I’m a multi-disciplinary artist — poet, actor, painter, director, mentor and the creator of the Artist Archetypes. I’ve lived the life where your creativity is a side note, and I’ve lived the life where it sits at the center and everything orients around it. I have journeyed between those worlds many times - learning its path intimately.
This container is my love letter to the women who know they are artists of life, but feel stuck in roles that don’t fit, spaces that don’t hold them, and stories that don’t honor their depth.
Art saved me, time and time again. I built this portal so it can save you too — or, more accurately, so you can remember you were never broken in the first place, and the real “work” is in remembering who you have been all along.
